After taking a career break to raise her three sons, Joanna decided that she wanted to work in the medical sector. She completed a level 5 FETAC medical administration course which involved studying medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and more. Upon completion of her course, she worked in Connolly hospital in bed management, outpatients and in the endoscopy department. She joined Oakwood Medical in March 2017 and has become an integral part of the administrative team. She lives in Clonee with her boys and partner.
