Dr Blaire Mulvey
Originally from Meath, Blaire graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2011. She completed her intern year in St. James’ Hospital and subsequently completed the South East GP training programme in 2016. During this vocational training she gained a large amount of hospital experience and worked in GP practices in both rural and urban areas. She obtained her membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners in 2017.
Blaire is fully qualified in the area of Women’s Health with a Certificate in Contraception and a Diploma in Women’s Heath (DRCOG). She is trained in IUD (Mirena) and Implanon insertion and removal. She is also interested in Paediatrics and Psychiatry and has completed diplomas in both – the Diploma in Child Health (DCH) and the Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry (DCP).
Having worked in Oakwood Medical Clinic from 2017-2018, Blaire moved to Australia and while there, she became proficient in dermatological consultations and travel medicine.
Blaire has a keen interest in teaching and was appointed as a GP Trainer on the North Dublin City GP Training Scheme in 2025.
She is a keen sports fan and in her spare time loves to run and play tennis.
Dr Mulvey is married with two children.
